MouseOver Links
onMouseOver link effects are those jazzy little links you see that aren't a horrible colour and aren't
underlined. However, when you pass your mouse over them...they change! They can become bold, have an
underline or change to whatever colour you like. The html code is placed between the <head></head> tags.
